Excellent choice for people looking to stay close to the falls with family in a very clean and budget friendly motel. We were very impressed by the the cleanliness but not by that just one-two guests partying in the parking lot!

Stayed here during my solo trip to Niagara Falls and had amazing experience overall. The location was very convenient and the room was clean and comfortable. Tommy, the manager of the place was very polite and helpful during check-in. The room had all required amenities. It was a nice option for exploring Niagara Falls and Clifton Hill. Definitely try this place!!

The room was a basic room but it was very clean and very comfortable. The man at the desk was extremely nice. I would definitely stay again and the price was excellent. Everything in walking distance, all the stores and even Niagara falls. heater and air conditioner works good
