This is a great hotel for families. The staff were very helpful and the location is excellent with great walkability. The pools were both great, but perhaps a little worn with age. We really enjoyed our stay.

Our room was clean the staff were helpful and friendly there is lots of parking. Staying here you are close to a lot of restaurants and activities. We come at lest once a year and spend a full day in Niagara on the lake and a day or two here at the falls. The whole family love it.
