Paid for parking but no spots were available due to a function at the conference center so that was a waste of money…after an hour of waiting I finally got w spot went in to complain to the front desk and was told if I was to leave again I should take a cab and leave my vehicle parked. There was an event at the hotel and the lot was full. We had to leave and asked the front desk about parking for when we returned and was told we should take a cab so we didn’t lose our spot….how do I lose a spot I paid for and others get to park for free? Horrible customer service. Parking should be refunded
