Staff was great! The room was nice enough but had a strange kinda musty or earthy smell. Shower stall/tub area was kinda dark, but water pressure was great so still an enjoyable shower. Overall it wasn’t bad, and the location served our purpose well.

We had the two queen with a balcony which was really nice. The staff were all very courteous and helpful. The room was clean and spacious. The pillows were very comfortable and so was the bed. It’s the slow season right now so it was nice and quiet. Can’t speak for their lunch or dinner but we did have the breakfast which was just ok. $12 for 2 eggs, some fried potatoes (very dry), homemade strawberry jam (very good) and ONE slice of toast, not cool. lol Really cute hotel, though. Would definitely stay here again.

Very friendly staff, Shellie at the front desk has been authentically friendly and very helpful. Clean, quiet room, very big hotel at 9 min from center of town by car. Breakfast was not included but it’s available by paying at the Little Clam inside the hotel.

We had a wonderful stay! We were upgraded to a suite which was beautiful and very clean. The staff went above and beyond and were so helpful and kind. The location is great, quick ride to downtown. Very clean property and nicely decorated for the holidays! Breakfast at the Little Clam was excellent.

I booked the suite with multiple beds. The room did not look like the pictures as advertised. The room was clean and staff was accommodating. That was the only positive. I noticed that the room only had 1 remote for 2 tv’s. The room did not have any dressers or drawers to put clothes in. The water took forever to get hot in the shower. When I was checking out online, there was an issue with the website and would not let me complete the checkout process. I was forced to make an unnecessary phone call.

Additional $25 "Urban Destination Fee" for each night of my stay was added to my bill upon checkout which to me was a very sneaky way to squeeze another dollar out of the guests. Considering the use of "facilities" is an additional fee and even the water they put in your room now costs money if you drink it, its becoming a distasteful experience to stay at hotels. They just keep finding ways to take more money from you after already paying for the room. As always, there are no complaints with staff or room, the staff was great and the room was clean. I was surprised that there was nowhere for us to put our clothes though, no dresser drawers or closet space at all. Whats up with that???? The website stated "continental breakfast included" but apparently that was not a thing either. When we went to inquire, we were told there was a sit down and order option and a small cafe that we could purchase food/drinks from. 2 coffees and an egg and cheese muffin came to $25. We booked our stay out of convenience, since we were already there for the Hells Kitchen event, but I will likely not return.
