With soaring 18-foot ceilings and over 1,300 sf of open, airy living space, this loft is ideal for families or friends looking to relax and explore everything Newport has to offer.

From rear parking lot, walk up left side stairs and enter unit 1 using your custom code. From Dr Marcus Wheatland Blvd, enter through side door in alcove left of the front door.

Enter the space from either door using your custom code.
