Was kept waiting for over half an hour late at night, told my booking hadn't gone through and I must contact Hotel.com myself. It turned out they had made a mistake. They didn't apologize for their mistake but admitted they had mistakenly assigned the wrong room at a different rate. The room smelt extremely strongly of cheap cleaning fluids and you couldn't open a window. Terrible experience.

Front desk was rude and not helpful at all, there was no room service at all and we were told we couldn’t get it . 3 days, no beds made, no clean up and not even fresh coffee in the morning until we complained . There is a 100% guarantee to make sure you are a happy customer but the manager wasn’t in so we got nothing! Avoid! Worst Hampton inn I have stayed in and I would not be back! Would not recommend at all.
