Stayed just after Christmas until the 29th of December. Hotel was consistently out of towels and the front desk staff was present, but wouldn't say much more about that. Breakfast was decent but juice machine was out for the kids all three days as well however the variety was good. Coffee was decent too. Pool was pleasant but Hot Tub doesn't get hot. Same as pool temp. Oh and the phone was not functional in the room. If they got the towels under control and a bit more organized for the service, I would rate the place 4 or 5 stars. Not having towels makes me want to rate it 2, never had that happen in my life. Security present was a nice touch for sure. Not sure whether I would stay again or not. Solid 3 in my book. Thank you.

The most significant and disappointing aspect of the experience was the absence of hot water in the building, particularly given the outdoor temperature of 20 degrees.
