On our stay from the 4th-5th I booked a room to receive the snack options and no snacks were provided, I had to pay extra for this service upon my booking My daughter booked the room for me and only asked me about this when I returned home after my trip so I was unaware we had to get the snacks so i would like to request my refund for this as we did not receive the service we paid for
