We had a great stay. Perfect location, spacious room and very clean. Only issue was there wasn’t a working outlet in the bathroom, which made it hard to dry our hair.

Clean room and overall experience was great! 2 things: needed to drop off my luggage since we got there in the morning but check in was at 3. I couldn’t believe in order for them to hold on to your luggage that they would charge per luggage and only accepted cash! Secondly, we sometimes had to wait a long time for the elevator so we ended using the stairs more often to get to the lobby.

Attractive spacious room with real glasses and a magazine. Wonderful breakfast at Murals. Can’t wait to sit at the bar, Randolph’s. Beautifully located on the corner of sixth Avenue and 54th St. only 10 blocks from Times Square. Lovely, helpful staff.

Awesome customer service. The front desk staff were excellent even late at night. The 2 guys in the lounge were very patience and worked very well with a large group of individuals. Mr Chris was excellent with orders and talking with customer. The room was very nice. There was several things that need attention the 2 tables in room were stained. We had our room cleaned on Friday and pillow case was not change. It still makeup from roommate the night before. The bathroom was very very small. We couldn’t stand in front of sink, We couldn’t sit on toilet with door closed. You had to opening the main door just to opening shower door for a shower. We had to dry off in the entrance way of the room. I will be requesting not to be giving room 2409 on any other visit. The hotel was full so I didn’t request another room.

Loved location and staff. Property needs to upgrade to smart TV for movie apps and the dressers can be upgraded to higher quality than press wood. Dresser doors were broken. But we would stay again if there will be SMART TV available. Staff was extremely kind and helpful.
