This was the worst hotel experience I have endured. The air conditioning in our room did not work, the phone did not work, and the “pull out” bed is laughable, I wouldn’t want my worst enemy to have to sleep on that. After two different technicians in our room the air conditioning did not work, I had asked for a box fan and never referred one. The next morning they said they “may” have to move us rooms and would move our stuff since we would be at a show. When we got back from the show I asked the front desk and they said they do move us, which is fine, but they weren’t clear and didn’t actually ever notify us. If they had been definitive about moving us, instead of a maybe. Secondly, the phone did not ring out. I told the front desk m, and the technician. When I went to the front the second morning and complained, the supervisor said she hadn’t been notified, though I had reached out to the front desk the night before, the technician, and Expedia. She front desk supervisor was beyond rude (Shailen). She provided no help, was condescending, and really ruined a part of our stay. I told her I never got the box fan and she said I should have notified them, I told her I had notified the front desk agent and the technician. I’m not sure if she expected me to go to storage and get it myself - but it was so hot, I probably would have. Terrible hotel, terrible supervisor. Besides everything else - It was so loud and the elevator was incredibly slow.
