Not sure about the negative reviews here. But our stay was great. The staff was super nice and helpful. Our room was clean and the bed was very comfortable. The breakfast was fresh and good. Keep up the great work!!

The room was terrible, the door was cracked near the lock, the toilets were clogged, they gave us a plunger and told us they did not have a plumber to fix the toilet. We complained to the front desk. We called corporate to issue a refund for this. They also charged us for an extra day an extra deposit. It is a scam hotel. We have proof that we left and took a flight on January, Will never use this hotel again, The tub was also terrible. It was the worst exerience ever.

In my stay I came across people staying in this hotel that weren’t travelers but what seemed to be low income people that the city or state is paying to room. For two nights I came back to my room seeing an obese women barely covered by a pajama top and shorts with one leg swung over the lobby chair she sat in changing her phone. Will never stay at this hotel again no matter how good the room deal is. This is not the the comfort inns I’ve stay in in the pasted.

The area needs more store availability. The hotels icemachine was down was told to go to other hotel to get ice a little inconvenience. The TV in the lobby was too loud and the attendant was singing out loud could hear it in my room, There were no hangers to hang clothes and no garbage pails only one small one in the bathroom.

The room was extremely cold. They had a heating system off. Had a four day stay. I had to ask for towels on the second day and they still did not bring any. No one came in and out of my room did nothing before they stayed.
