Great stay. History (age) of building pre-dated elevators, but professionally addressed by staff immediately. Rooms were well appointed, staff was friendly and helpful. Highly recommend to other travelers interested in a part of the city not in the Theater District, only a cab/Uber or subway ride away.

Location was amazing right next to China Town, Little Italy and so many restaurants and places to visit! The king bedroom was small but clean and just enough space for 2! The shower didn't warm up the first night, but it seems like it was fixed the next morning.

The staff was amazing. The employees have exemplary customer service. This hotel is well maintained and extremely clean. The only drawback is that, because it is a historical landmark, it does not have an elevator. Other than that, I would still recommend this hotel. It is a five-minute walk from the Grand Stop Metro Station. It is centrally located in the heart of Chinatown.
