Staff at front desk was very helpful! Help me easy point to my room. My room was clean , Your key is actually a code to your room! You will hear a lot of noises especially snoring at night! Ear plugs are available! Could used a bit more heat in the the rooms ! Bathrooms were clean . And the kitchen area is fine for shared space ! But the free coffee//tea and hot chocolate is a plus !

The room was clean, very basic . Shower Amenities were very good. Only downside was the privacy between the rooms. Would recommend the Nolita wanting a no thrills stay in NY.

The staff and area were nice. What I would definitely have to mention is comments other people have mentioned. The beds are way small for tall people. They are twin kids bed and if you’re 5’6”+ it’s a little awkward. Also the showers I found them quite small. I felt like I couldn’t move or else my hair would get wet or I would touch the cold tile. Both are things they could work on. Other than that is a great location and well located.

I know the hostel is ‘budget’ but it was terrible. 1 toilet, 2 showers and 2 sinks between 50 bunks on the floor i was on. Hot water was intermittent. Staff didnt seem to be bothered, the loud noise policy was not adhered too. The floors and general public areas were dirty, the electrical socket was not what id call secure or indeed safe

Definitely a hostel. Pleasant staff, good central meeting rooms, bathrooms ok- I realize it's one of the cheapest places in NYC but but I have trouble imagining the sleeping rooms are allowed.

I knew the rooms were tiny, but I didn't realize they had open ceilings, so you could hear everything from every other room. In addition the overhead lights were dim but never off. It was next to impossible to sleep. The lounge was nice, though, and the location was good.
