I liked the 2nd floor lounge with couches & table & the (small) kitchen, it was homey and comfortable to hang out in.
The staff was friendly.
The 4th floor (men's floor) was way too cold at night, I know there were windows (or some other ventilation method) being left open because one can hear the traffic noises much more so than in the 2nd floor lounge, and it was definitely colder there than in the 2nd floor lounge.
The bedding provided is very minimal for winter - there is the bottom sheet, a top sheet, and then a very light, thin blanket, which was not big enough for me (6'2" guy), and was definitely not warm enough for windows being left open in the NYC wintertime.
I wouldn't return there in the wintertime, but would in warmer months.
