I chose The Muse because it was a convenient and well priced location with regard to my weekend plans. The hotel was lovely: very clean and well maintained property, amply sized room and bathroom, very comfortable and quiet, and very pleasant front desk staff. I didn't have the chance to take advantage of the fitness amenities or on-site bar, but both are good features to have!

Room adequate if you were there only to sleep. Bed was comfortable. No coffee maker or microwave. No view. Ice and water on 6th floor only. Staff in lounge not knowledgeable. Prepackaged food in limited variety available in lounge, no restaurant or food service. Electric went out in my room and I had to go to the lobby in robe with wet hair to tell them because phone in room was not connected.

I love this hotel!!! It couldn't be a better location to Times Square and Broadway theaters. The rooms are comfortable and luxurious. If you get a corner room (room #'s 15), you'll have 3 large windows. The staff is all incredibly kind, professional, and helpful. I'd stay there again without any doubt.

This was the perfect location for anyone looking for walkable distance to Broadway and more. Spot Hero valet parking right next door! Beautiful, spacious, clean rooms. The only issue we had was that the when the heat turned on, the fan was super loud & kept me awake at times. Perhaps just in our room?
