The room was recently renovated and beautifully appointed. The staff is so accommodating. Shout out to Jo at the front desk! They offer valet service for which is such a great perk. The Holiday village in the Bryant park will be open soon. It’s directly across the street and is so fun!

Expected Better Experience

My 2nd stay here and 2nd time issue with water temperature in shower and sink. Water never got warm in either, cold everyday. They had someone come up to fix it but it wasn't fixed. Jo at the front desk was very kind and felt bad I could see. My bill was reduced by $200 but I won't be coming back in future. It's not acceptable to deal with this issue at this level of a hotel.
