We absolutely loved staying here and this is our new go to property. The breakfast buffet in the morning was amazing in our room had a wonderful view. Everything was very clean!

We had a late arrival after midnight and the room wasn’t fully kept before we arrived. The bathroom was missing the bath mat, towels, and wash rags and an inhaler was left on the counter. Had to ask housekeeping for them the next morning. It was also cold and the blankets weren’t very heavy/warm. Expected a comforter of sorts but only had a sheet and a quilt. We’re pinned between the elevator banks so it was quite loud listening to the elevators go up and down constantly. The bathroom mirror was also broken in the bottom corners.

Hotel experience was good overall, not great for the price. Hotel has a small lobby, no pool or hot tub, but it’s close in proximity to many places. Great customer service, tight rooms, but it’s clean. I would stay here again.

Excellent location. You can walk to every location. Staff at check in give no information about the hotel what so ever just sign you in and hand key over . Porters were always helpful giving directions and information. Would stay here again for location and because supplied breakfast.

Cyril the manager was fantastic. The breakfast was ok. The rest was garbage. Apparently the building houses 2 hotel chains, Residence Inn and Marriott. We arrived 20 minutes before our check in and were directed to the “Bistro” on the 3rd floor. There was only one elevator working in the 65 floor building so we had to get in a long line to get to 3. Once there, the food was on the same level as skating rink food. We then went back downstairs to check in at 4 and were told that the cleaners hadn’t indicated that the rooms were ready so we had to wait a “few minutes”. Everyone else who was checking in also had to wait and there were only 4 chairs so everyone else had to sit on the floor. We sat on the floor for AN HOUR. Once the room was ready everyone waited in line to get in the one elevator that was working. They lost my son’s backpack and didn’t care. Hotel was run down and shabby. Throughout the weekend there was a variation on how many of the four elevators were working, and 4 for a 65 floor building is already insufficient. Location was close to Times Square. I will never stay here again.

The staff was friendly, accommodating, and responsive. The view from our room was amazing. The breakfast was great with plenty to choose from. The strawberry cucumber water in the lobby was a nice touch after a long day of walking. The room was very nice and well stocked with everything we needed, clean and the decor was nice.Although two elevators were not working out of the four they did the best they can during a holiday to pick everyone up off the floors when necessary. We just adapted and added more time to our day of getting to and from the room. Location was excellent. Easy to get to everything but not in the rift raft of Time Square. Easy walk to Central Park and to all the Broadway shows.
