We loved it and the restaurant but for Friday night. We were on the 10th floor and the he music from the Event space on the 12th floor shock and pounded us till 4 am. If you like to sleep at night come here weeknights ONLY!

Price was right. Room had some problems - lamps and believe or not the Radio weren't working. They offered to send someone up, but we declined, preferring to go to sleep that night. Staff was good, bed and TV good. The bathroom could have used at least a little bit of counter space - essentially, there was none. The place is clean and fine for an overnight stay in NYC if you don't mind being on the northern tip of Manhattan. Great access to GW Bridge.

Daily room cleaning didn't clean the garbage can. The bed sheet is broken and does not completely cover the mattress the zipper is broken. The shower door edge leaks water to outside floor. No new tissues for the next two days.

I’m honestly tempted to gatekeep this place because it’s such a gem. I was pleasantly surprised by how much I enjoyed my stay. The room was clean, spacious by NYC standards, and had a nice mid-to-modern vibe. The staff was great — attentive, kind, and fast. I requested room service and it happened quickly, and when I realized I was missing something from the room, they brought it right up with no issues. The on-property restaurant was amazing (truly delicious), and the front-of-house team was warm and on point the whole time. Overall, I don’t have a single complaint. they are doing an incredible job with customer service. Kudos to the entire team.
