The room was clean, but definitely outdated. Very expensive to stay at this hotel. No fridge unless requested on a first come basis. No microwave. Elevator was very slow and the bed frame will eat your legs alive

Bathroom was dirty and TV didn't work. Would have changed hotels the first day if not tired from traveling. Place is long overdue for a renovation. Staff was friendly, but the state of the property is obviously not invested in.

Staff are excellent and very accommodating, however the Hotel itself is old and needs to be refurbished. Toilets do not flush properly and sinks do not drain. Very convenient to Times Square.

I stayed for two nights at the Millennium in Times Square. The good news: If you are looking for an amazing location with lots of shopping and dining options, this is the place. You can easily walk to everything or grab a quick Lyft/Uber. The energy around the hotel is insane. You are in the middle of Time Square and the theater district. For breakfast, there is a cute Japanese Donut shop (I'm Donut) next door and also Starbucks and some diners. For lunch and beyond, it is an easy walk to the Hard Rock Cafe, Virgil's BBQ (delicious) and various pubs and restaurants. Looking forward to trying the rooftop bar/restaurant nearby too. There is also a parking garage across the street. Now, the bad news: Although the lobby area was nice, the hotel room was a little dated and needed some touch up paint and a shower glazing. Also, our room had a direct view of a roof top with some trash and scaffolding. The main restaurant is closed (apparently, since the pandemic). Finally, check out was tedious as we left our luggage with the bellhop, and there was a very long line of people collecting their bags and others dropping off simultaneously (with 1 bellhop). Regardless of the room, the hotel is still in a great location with tons of activities to experience.

If you can afford or catch a great deal for a hotel like this that's located around Time Square, then it's worth it. Only 2 nitpicking things but it didn't ruin what was my best time in the Big Apple.
