Great location right in the middle of south street seaport area. Bed were super comfy. Had everything we wanted. Host responded quickly to messages, answering any questions we had. I would definitely stay again.

Family friendly? Only if you think this is family friendly: 5 flights of stairs with no elevator and no where to keep a stroller and a room with a crib with no room darkening and no AC and bad WiFi so your camera won’t work… oh and the wonderful soothing smell of weed wafting through the thin walls when you hear the loud music bumping through the night. Want to feel like you’re in the wilderness? Stay here!! Bugs in the shower and bedrooms, no AC and no drawers to put clothes in. The AC was broken and it took the host almost 24 hours to fix even though it was almost 100 degrees out and 85 in the apt and I told him how unsafe it is for our kids. The room with the crib didn’t have ac so even when it was working in the apt, it was still boiling hot in the crib room. Stay somewhere else, trust me.
