I had a fantastic stay! The hotel was clean, the rooms were lovely, and the breakfast was excellent, thanks to Assitan, the breakfast specialist. She was incredibly helpful, greeting everyone with a warm 'good morning' and assisting with the machines. Her dedication to keeping everything spotless was impressive. The hotel's location is also ideal for exploring New York, with plenty of affordable dining options nearby. Five stars to Assitan - she truly shines! A sister from another mother ❤️

The staff were great, but we had an issue with the room in the heater and because they were all booked they couldn’t do anything. The room was freezing. I had to sleep with my jacket pants. It was not a great experience.

Great place and great amenities. It’s not too close to transportation but if you go and come back during daytime it’ll feel safe. At night, walking around doesn’t feel too safe but still the hotel is great.
