El baño se atascaba a cada rato . Cuando pedí que limpien el cuarto y me traígan nuevas toallas. No lo hicieron. La persona de la noche incluso me dijo que me las daría pero yo tendría que ir a bajar a recogerlos. Nunca me las dio igual.

Hotel needs major updating and repair. Plumbing in several rooms were constantly running water. We had five rooms. Lobby amenities such as a computer conneced to a working printer would have helped getting boarding passes. Essentially the hotel did not have a business useful space. Location of this hotel is next to the large garbage dump in the North East. Expedia needs to help in describing the total picture of the area, not just a pinpoint on a map. Cost was way out of value for this hotel.

Room was clean, well-supplied and staff helpful. We did encounter one issue. The TV wasn't working. I reported it to the front desk. The staff person was very polite and helpful. He gave me a different remote hoping that would help. It didn't. He apologized and said he'd see about the possibility of changing our room. I declined is offer as we were checking out the next morning. No sense moving for a few hours. But I do appreciate the staff person's suggestion and willingness to help us even more.
