The room perfect for my stay in the city. I was a little surprised that it was a walk up, but that was fine. I'd definitely stay again. Great location and price.

Property is in the heart of New York and places of interest are a walk or train ride away. It has its own New York charm. You will have to keep your luggages light and few in number as there are no elevators/lifts.

The rooms are very clean and the Housekeeping is very good. The hotel itself is quiet, but there are lots of state noises to be expected from being in New York City. This was my second stay there and both of them have been excellent

This was a gem of a find for the price paid for the room. Similar rooms were going for three times more. The room was clean, in a GREAT location, had a kitchen to make breakfast at, and most of all the property managers were helpful and very accommodating to get me into the room quickly and with no hassle, on a booking day almost everything in the city was sold out. Thank you for the great stay!
