Communication with this property was poor from the start. Before arrival, I modified our reservation and then heard nothing for over a week. After multiple attempts to reach someone, I had to contact customer support just to confirm the change had been made. I specifically raised concerns about the lack of communication and was assured we would have a designated manager available 24/7 after check-in. That was not our experience. During a confusing and stressful check-in, we finally reached a representative who was unfriendly, dismissive, and did little to make the situation easier. After that, reaching anyone was very difficult, and most messages appeared automated rather than responses to our questions. We even received a message asking whether we had everything we needed the day before checkout. Another issue is that nowhere in the listing did we see any indication that there is no elevator. Guests must carry their luggage up four flights of stairs, with no one meeting us or available to help. This should be clearly disclosed. The apartment was also much smaller and more cramped than the photos suggest. Bunk beds are placed in the middle of an already small living room, making the space feel crowded and the layout awkward. The listing gives a misleading impression of the amount of usable space. Overall, poor communication, missing information, misleading photos, and a cramped space made this a frustrating stay from beginning to end and a property I would not recommend.

The place was very clean but felt quite bizarre starting with the door of the apartment which had many coats of black and white paint and papers ripped and sticking here and there. It really looked quite scary. What made the apartment feel bizarre was there was no real living room. It did NOT have a couch or table as in the photo on line. The previous living room and dining room had been turned into a bedroom which had two large (double or queen) beds and the bunk bed (as pictured) with a trundle underneath. So instead of a traditional living room you walk directly into a huge bedroom which could sleep 7 people. That was a shock! No couch, dining table, no Chair. No place to eat. No closet. No bureau.There was another bedroom with a large bed and a door which could be closed for privacy. It had a clothes rack. No hangers. A Flatscreen TV in each room. There was a bathroom with a shower/tub. No soap other than liquid hand soap so bring your own soap and shampoo. Plenty of towels.Kitchen was tiny but had a full refrigerator, stove, and microwave. Lots of dishes, glasses and cups but silverware was scanty. Only one real fork. Lots of sharp knives but no cutting board. 3 corkscrews. Two large pots and a frying pan. No towels to dry dishes. Coffee machine had plenty of pods but the machine didn't work and could produce only a few DROPS of coffee. Luckily the neighborhood is fantastic for coffee and baked goods! Great place to eat out but not cook in!
