Staff was very helpful in changing our room. The 1st one was on the 2nd floor right above the street so it was noisy all night long and construction going on all day next door. Room was small and could barely turn around, not to mention putting down a suitcase or two. Second room was better, but still small. Location is great and staff very friendly, but would not recommend this place.

My room was rather dark; I would have preferred something more modern and fresh. Although the location is very central, the poor window insulation makes the room quite noisy. The complimentary water and apple were a nice touch after a long day of sightseeing. Both the room and bathroom were very clean.

We did not have car just uber. The legs on lower side of bed stick out & tripped over them often . Should be repaired as it is a hazard. Also would have been nice to have a refridge in room

I have stayed a couple times at this hotel and the rooms are clean, and the staff are very helpful and nice. It’s very close to Time square and Central Park and you can walk to several areas or grab a taxi. I highly recommend them!

Room was very clean. Staff was very friendly. Not happy with view that looked out at small alley. For the price of the room, would like some light coming into the room. Pillows were very uncomfortable. It does seem to be a trend now for hotels to have large bolster pillows that are so big they hurt your neck when sleeping.

Great hotel, but we were placed in a double bed instead of a queen bed like we booked. Also were told we were getting a lovely street view, but little did we know that the street view was right across from construction that started at 7 AM and had a blow horn going off every 5 minutes. Still, you cannot beat the quality or location. As a bonus, this hotel has a daily happy hour where you get a free glass of wine per guest. The bartender is absolutely amazing, so make sure you tip!
