There was plenty of room for the 14 adults we had in our group. Located close to subway access. The brownstone is beautifully remodeled with plenty of amenities and very comfortable rooms to relax in. Communication with Leonard was great!

The host was amazing and very quick to respond. The rooms were beautiful and everyone was comfortable in the shared family space and personal space. Kitchen was immaculate. Definitely recommend and would absolutely visit again. Thank you Leonard !!

The house was beautiful; immaculately presented with everything in working order; clean and tidy. Room configurations provided plenty of flexibility in assigning these to people in our group, and the basement flat gave additional space and flexibility in this. Plenty of bathrooms and washrooms. Towels and toiletries provided.Leonard, the host, could not have been more accommodating. Anything we asked was responded to very quickly, and he ensured we had a great stay, pointing out local restaurants, takeaways, grocery shops for us.Would definitely use again if we needed to.
