It was a great family trip. Beds were so comfortable and it was very quiet. The only thing was the shower curtain kept opening and water was getting out. They need to put a better curtain rod. But I will stay again.

The room was clean but the tub was old and dated. The breakfast was not really breakfast. It consisted of waffles (the waffle iron was extremely dirty), a gallon of milk, yogurt, cereal, and bread. We did not eat any of it and found a Waffle House down the road!

TRIDENT for the WIN

cleanliness and comfort, and staff are great. The pool was remarkably clean and so warm it was perfect ( if warm weather and that temp maintains the pool will probably be great well into the fall ). Internet service was completely OFF on the first night, I guess due to the weather. I didn't care, BUT, there are some people that will complain about anything. I think the TV is tied to the internet so no internet meant no TV, again, I don't care. Since everyone uses a phone to do everything anyway, it was not an inconvenience. What matters, the clean, comfort, & staff were all great.

Not For Me!

I honestly wished I had toured the facility before making the reservation. There were men in the rear parking lot working on their vehicle. The bathroom had mold on the walls. After taking a shower, the ENTIRE room would be humid for hours after...the floors, the walls, even the tables. The ONLY thing that we enjoyed was the bed. Firm, but not too hard & the comforter was really comfy.
