The front desk staff were very friendly and helpful. The restaurant and bar were not open,but I was made aware prior to my stay, and the front desk staff made sure to let me know they could make recommendations if I needed any. The room was clean and the bed was comfy. Did the trick!

Restaurant is closed. Rooftop bar is closed. Lights in bathroom burned out and broken picture hanging off of wall. Used to be much nicer a year ago. Staff were very kind and helpful though!

We found some good restaurants close to the hotel as both bar and dining area were closed for renovations. Staff was polite and helpful when needed however they seem to lack personality. Rooms were clean but clearly outdated. Furniture is in rough shape. Bathroom faucets were broken and very little to none storage space for clothing. We spent four days out of our suitcase. Walking distance to French Quarter. I booked my reservation based on what I saw advertised. One did not clearly match the other.
