We were happy to get a hotel away from Bourbon St. It was a nice place, reasonable price and many choices for breakfast. King size bed was comfy, I love the pillows! Nice and quiet, slept really well. Solid 3-3.5 star, which we are very happy with. Clean, comfortable. a little hard to find the street.

The hotel needs some tlc which it appears to be getting. It is an older property but they are renovating rooms on the go. It is in a very convenient location to east Jefferson hospital. The breakfast was set up as expected and well maintained. Loved the 24 hour coffee service in the lobby. The staff was very polite and helpful. Microwave and fridge in room was helpful we stayed 7 days. Quiet location and felt safe

Good property for the money. Just needed a convenient place near east Jefferson hospital to stay overnight. Not a new facility but not a bad place. Felt safe. Looked like they were doing some upgrades. Breakfast was typical hot scrambled eggs, sausage, biscuits, toast, waffles, instant oatmeal, grits, danish, cereal, etc. wife and I will stay again in june

The stay was good. My coffee pot didn't work in the room but there was some in the lobby, but I passed. I couldn't find anyone to check out but I left the keys. The night person was great and she stop what she was doing to assist me in. She was sweeping outside the building. Not sure who the morning attendant was, i never found him/her in lobby or outside. Overall I will be back💯

Day front desk gentleman was very helpful to the best of his capacity. Had to change rooms, tub was awful and couldn't shower the whole stay ( 5 days) due to filth. A couple of big functions going on in area so all hotels and such were booked otherwise we would have gone elsewhere. Definitely do not recommend until major improvements are done.
