Dirty hotel. Broken elevator, put us on 5th floor. Bathroom floor sticky. Hair dryer not working. Carpet stained and torn. Bathtub rusty by the floor, and not really cleaned very well. Bathroom sink not draining well, slow drain. Desk chair missing arm and had torn upholstery. Furniture damaged. Nightstand missing handle. Desk lamp dirty and very rusty. Ceiling leak not repaired. TV had many channels blocked, wanted parental code. Person behind desk knew nothing about how to fix it, nor did she care. Whole hotel had a “bad air freshener” odor to it. Hallway on 5th floor had lots of trash sitting on the floor, stained carpets. No one made up our room. One of the worst hotel stays I can remember. Expecting a 69 year old to walk 5 flights of stairs is ridiculous

The staff was wonderful, however the minute we got off the elevator for our floor it smelled like smoke (weed). Once we got into our room it was OK until around 11PM when the smell became terrible! I ended up stuffing a towel under the door to help with the smell. My kids woke up with headaches and burning noses. I informed the front desk when we left for the day and she said she would let her manager know. When we returned that night (2 night stay) the minute we got off the elevator I could smell it again. I went down to the lobby and informed the evening desk clerk who was sympathetic and offered us a new room which we took.
