Excellent location but dated hotel and room with thin walls (neighbors’ literal every word is audible), oddly lukewarm showers, unprofessional staff and mysterious communication disconnects. Would absolutely return to NOLA and highly recommend this location/neighborhood but absolutely not to this property.

All the staff were amazing and very eager to address any issues I had. But the hotel is definitely need a way cosmetic upgrade. The furniture and carpeting in the lobby are really worn and dirty. The rooms are OK, but same issues. I’m sure it’s a popular hotel and gets a lot of usage and just needs to be refreshed! Great location!

Very disappointed at this place . Rated 4 stars , they didn’t have hot water for shower . I asked them to fix and they didn’t even help . Manager said he would and they never did nor any updates . The tub had drainage issue and water would stay for long that made the cold shower more disgusting .
