This hotel was so clean and the staff was great. Definitely a ⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️. I would stay here any time I went to New Orleans. Nothing was more than a 5 minute walk to all attractions. This was a great vacation because of the comfort and location.

This is a lovely place to stay. Very well located, nice safe and clean area. Quiet at night. Staff are very friendly and generally helpful. Excellent suite style accommodation - beds were very comfortable. It was a very busy weekend (Jazzfest) but we were disappointed not to get a balcony room when we had paid for one. Still it was a minor glitch in what was a great stay.

It not goes by name Hilton brand, though by phone confirmed early check in request will be granted, still charged fee. Also while booking there was no security deposit but charged to me. Pool water was dirty and bad smell. Breakfast was good.
