Great location and very clean! I would stay here over and over again. I had no complaints — the front desk provided excellent customer service, and the guys outside were always helpful and welcoming, even opening the door for you. Truly a great experience!

Sean from concierge was the highlight of my stay! Rooms are huge, very clean, cold AC, and very comfortable! The laundry and dryer service was also a very much appreciated amenity. $3 per wash and dry load so $6 in total. There is a machine in the room to exchange dollar bills for quarters. Daily breakfast taco is amazing with a rotational menu. There is also a social hour with free food and alcohol every Wednesday evening! Take advantage of it! Safe part of the city too with easy walking access to bus stops and trams, including bus stop to airport (bus number 202)

The staff were extremely friendly and helpful. From the valet drivers that parked our vehicle to the attendant at the front desk. The drivers were also quick when it came to retrieving our vehicle. Please tip them if you stay here because N.O. traffic is no joke so to do that is no easy feat. The room was comfortable and spacious. Everything was very clean and fresh. The price was great and the distance to the French Quarter was a ten minute walk tops. Again, it was the staff that made this place wonderful. They have a customer for life whenever we are in N.O., thank you guys!

The property itself was amazing the room was clean and everything was gorgeous the pool was closed so we did not have access to the pool? The surrounding area after a couple blocks got a little shady heading towards Bourbons street. I would have given the property 5 stars but no pool access the whole time we was there.

I thought the staff are very helpful by responding when things were broken or needed to be replaced. Attention was given to the days when the room was not cleaned or the scrambled eggs were green. The air conditioning went down and the garbage disposal wore out. These are minor things and overall the standard of the hotel is warm, friendly and clean.
