7 day stay. Staff was very helpful when I had a medical problem and needed a health clinic and ER. Gave me a # for an honest taxi driver. Stowed my luggage and made me feel very well cared for in a health crisis. Front desk staff was wonderful. My 2nd visit to this hotel. Will be back!

Shower walls need better cleaning like a little scrubbing and clean around shower door track on outside of shower it was gross. Breakfast buffet needs improving. Eggs were very dry and the sausage had absolutely no color like they took it straight from freezer and put it in the warmer and let it ‘cook’. It would have been nice to have a waffle maker but they have other options like oatmeal and yougurt and fruit cereal.

The hotel was nice and clean and service was good. I just didn’t like the parking. They had valet but it was full. Overall I had a good experience and would come back again. I wasn’t far away from the events that I went for.

The hotel is in a wonderful location, a few minutes from the French Quarter. Michelle and Alexis at the reception were always friendly and did their best to accommodate any request. Unfortunately, however, the maintenance of the hotel requires improvement. Small faults such as a shutter that did not open and was not repaired, an empty shampoo container in the shower that was only filled after 3 days and repeated requests, a leaking faucet in the bathroom, a noisy air conditioner. Things that should not happen in a place that is regularly and closely maintained. Varied breakfast and quite generous, spacious rooms. If it were not for the maintenance issue, I would be happy to give 5 stars
