Hotel was great and location, concierge were very help full Thank you. Breakfast was good but the fruit ran out before 8 thats what time we came down for Breakfast asked if they had more she said NO ok Thanks. The guys that work out front I enjoyed talking to them as we waited for are bus, nice guys

The hotel was dated but seemed clean. Had no hot water for 2 days and was never offered to change rooms where there was hot water. Gave me Hilton points as compensation but that was worth only $60. Ended up getting sick. Front desk kept telling me to "run the water till it got warm enough" which it did not. Hate Liars !!!

OMG, one of my best stays in NOLA. The staff at this Hotel was excellent. The one who stands out was Joseph. He was so helpful and just genuinely kind. I doubled book and he straightened it out for me. I also have to give a shout out to Ms. Virginia. I would definitely book here again. Very convenient to everything as well.

The hallway carpets were worn and stained with huge stains. Our carpet in our room was torn and frayed at the edge where the tile and carpet come together. We took pictures in case they wanted to put the blame on us. Unbelievable for a hotel of this caliber. The shower door is designed so that it won't open on the end by the handle. So you stand in a blast of cold water as you turn on the water for your shower. Terrible planning. Worst of all, we were charged twice as much as what we were quoted for our stay. We expected to pay just under $500 for the two days and ended up being charged over $700. This included a mandatory parking valet, security deposit and other local taxes and charges. Lastly, included breakfast was a very poor quality. We are not ones to complain but it flatly was poor and we had to go eat somewhere else. I hope this warning keeps others from making the same mistake we did. I would definitely not recommend staying at this hotel.

Great walkable location! Good breakfast with variety items. The front desk service was excellent but house keeping was ok. Day 1 conditioner and baby wash were out, we had to wait for day 2 for housekeeping to give us but she didn’t do that. We had to do 3 nights without those. Other than that most of everything was good.
