Besides being absolutely filthy, stained lamp shades and moldy shower grout, they never came once to service the room or even ask if we needed anything from housekeeping. Called down and asked the front desk for new towels 4 separate times over the course of 3 days and never received any. We wound up using our own money to go to the laundry room in the hotel to wash and dry our own towels and linens. We had to flag a housekeeper down in the hallway for a roll of toilet paper. Awful.

Room was located at further most point of hotel. Water pressure was not good. Sink was a dribble. The shower body soap and shower conditioner was completely empty. Carpet getting off second floor needs a good cleaning, place looked dirty. There were no USB ports in the room for charging technology. The light blanket did not completely fit the king bed, seems it was wrong size. Launderette was broken and could not be used even though there were more than one washer and dryer, still not available to patrons. Breakfast spread was good however eggs were luke warm. People were nice, location convenient, also lobby and seating area for breakfast was absolutely freezing.

Stayed at this hotel for 5 days & 4 nights. On our first night, we’ve waited for extra pillows, blankets and towels for more than an hour and had to call them back twice just to remind them. The other window does not also have a black out shade/curtain. And when their maintenance guy had tried fixing it, he told us “maybe we can get this fix tomorrow since we don’t have the right material to fix it now” and put a big plastic to cover the window. This window was never fixed on our stay there. We were told that housekeeping comes “every 2 days”, but all of our sheets were never changed and room was not vacuumed, so we had to call them again regarding this. On our 3rd night there, we planned to do our laundry since this is part of their ammenities, however, laundry machines were also broken and no one was even aware of this matter.

Very nice facility with modern furniture. Bed was very firm. Staff was so helpful they would give you their kidney if you asked. There is a place that serves homeless meals so there were a lot of unhoused people in the area, but you have to scan your room card to get into the lobby and again to go up the elevators so there was no issue there.

The pool was not working the whole time we stayed there. The same breakfast everyday with limited options and extras. The rooms were ok but we had to switch to another room because the tv didn’t work. Limited tv channels. The room were fairly clean.

The room that we had was very nice. It had a full size refrigerator, had a stove top, microwave, sink and dishwasher. It ended up being better than we had expected it to be. The location was in a perfect spot for what we went there for. They go over the top to make their guests feel comfortable. The valet service and workers were top notch. The beds were comfortable
