Quiet hotel and friendly staff. For some strange reason housekeeper did not clean my room the first morning and I wasn't happy about that. Overall, if you're looking to be away from the party scene this area is a perfect place. It's quiet and safe. Nice morning walk around the art district which is 5-10 minutes away. 20 minute walk away from Bourbon street and the French Quarters. Walk is pretty decent and gives you the opportunity to see more of NOLA. No need to take a cab. 8 minute walk away from Canal street as well.

I didn’t take many pictures of the hotel alone most have myself in them but there are so many photo opportunities in this hotel. The elevator is gold. There are lots of seating options in the lobby. A great bar with $5 happy hour. The staff were GREAT. Super helpful. The $25 comp towards their cafe items was helpful. We loved the area. I’ve stayed in tons of hotels in New Orleans and this is for sure a new favorite!

Great stay! Great Location!

Staff was extremely friendly. Our room AC didn’t work properly so they moved us to another room and upgraded us even when we told them it was not necessary. Front desk, valet and bar staff were all excellent and rapid with any questions about what places to really go instead of the normal tourist places.

I loved the location in the Warehouse District, and the staff is top-notch. I did enjoy my stay. However, I found the room to be lacking. There are no drawers and the lighting is very poor. It was impossible to read in bed even when the lampshade was removed. At breakfast, the coffee was undrinkable.

The rooms were cleaned and the staff was excellent. The front desk employees had great customer service. They were attentive with no hassles. I would definitely stay here on my next visit. The valley parking employees were on point and always on time with great customer service.

The property itself was really nice and in a great location—everything we wanted to do was within walking distance. The rooms were comfortable and overall decent. The only thing that fell short was the cleaning service. It seemed like the bathrooms weren’t fully cleaned at times; trash wasn’t always emptied, towels were left on the counter, and our beds weren’t made the first night. Despite that, we still enjoyed our stay and would stay here again for the location and convenience.
