Water pressure was very low and only the small shower head worked. The free WiFi sucked on the 4th floor. Very centralized location and walkable to everything. Had to ask for maid service they don’t do it unless you ask. Only provides coffee, tea and water no little snacks. Channels on the TV show like they have them but when you pick the channel it’s not available.

Our only problem with the room was it was next to the air conditioner and it was extremely noisy. Also, the restaurant had a strange menu for NOLA. We asked to have room cleaned one day and it was not done.

Very clean rooms. No rooms service for cleaning room or restocking coffee ,cups but does have coffee down star after 7:00 in the morning. Some of staff friendly helpful and other not so friendly. Was told check in starts at 4:00 does not me you can check in at 4:00 .But would definitely stay again due to location and cleanliness.

Let's start with the good. The beds were extremely comfortable, never slept better in a hotel. The staff were very courteous and helpful thank you to all the staff. The bad, stayed for 3 nights, room was never cleaned, no garbage was emptied , coffee not restocked, no fresh towels, very disappointed with that! Don't expect the bar to be open past 10:00, there was no breakfast at all , it is a fair distance away from Bourbon Street which isn't too bad of an idea except walking back at night and all the homeless that you have to step over, we will stay closer to Bourbon next time.
