      Place was disgusting. Didn't have my room cleaned, or even get clean towels, and I was there for 3 nights. The owner was rude as hell, and the pool was basically a nasty pond. People were getting locked in and out of their rooms, and there were reports of bedbugs and roaches. Also, heard that it was rented out hourly, if ya know what I mean.

      Two issues during our stay. 1: powder all over bathroom of one of the rooms. 2: we were there for a work, and worked 9am-12am or later. After standing for all of those hours we dreamed of getting in hot tub to ease those sore muscles, but couldn't because hours for pool/spa were 10am-10pm. When we asked about an exception since there were 3 rooms of us we were told no.

      What i did like was how quiet the property was. Never heard neighbors. What i didn't like was that there was no one in the office when i went to check in. Had to wait till manager got off of work and dad in office. A 2 hour wait. The mister part of this establishment was out of town and trying to run establishment from where ever he was. Had a problem in room and he expected me to fix. Once i told him i did all i could he spoke to me like i was some dumb kid. I'm not, i'm 57 years of age. He was my only negative during visit.

      If you like train sounds, this is your place. The Cleveland-Toledo express runs right behind it regularly. All day and night. It uses the whistle. It's a good motel in a bad spot. The developer should be retroactively fired. The staff is friendly and helpful. The rooms are clean and decent. If you're a sound sleeper it's an alright place to stay on a budget.
