The hotel is old so don't go in with big expectations but the owner is very present and working hard to get it updated and lively again. I saw someone else write a similar review and thats why I chose it. Keep an open mind for the low price and lets help support the new owner ship. For travel on a budget, this was a great stay. The staff was friendly when we arrived (I’m sorry I spooked the poor night clerk!), and our room was clean and comfortable. We were a little weirded out by the clacky noises when we walked down the hallway, but it felt like a power move by the end of our stay to clack on the linoleum.

Room had an ironing board but no iron. Nowhere to hang clothes - just a spot on the wall where the shelf had been torn out. Only 2 pillows for a king-size bed. TV remote was useless. No ice bucket. Room was decent as far as cleanliness, but would not stay there again due to lack of amenities and condition of room. Wyndham does not benefit by lending their name to this location.

I arrive with my kids and they give me a dirty room with pee all over the toilet, room smells like cigarettes, they have another room but the door doesn’t close correctly, I canceled the room and they said they can’t give me a refund also they charge me a security deposit and haven’t refunded me back …. Worst place ever don’t go there … is cheap for a reason

While the rate was good, I feel there are still room for improvements. The room was basic but comfortable; however, the shower in my room needed repair. The cold water faucet didn't work, so if you're looking for a hot, scolding shower...that room is just for you! The breakfast was WEAK. I can't remember if it was advertised as continental or not, but you had the option of cereal or toast with either not ripe enough or over-ripe fruit. That was it. Juice machine was "out of order" too. Coffee was okay. If they continue to renovate and make improvements, it could be a great, convenient hotel as there are lots of food and shopping options around.
