The heat/ac unit was loud when the compressor came on and we could not be moved to another room as they were fully booked and a maintenance person was not available. Looked into the unit and found the filters and inside the unit were dirty and full of dust. Long night....

Property was great. I stayed with my 3 children and felt safe. The front desk staff were super kind and helpful. Housekeeping was great and went above and beyond. Room was clean and comfortable. Each time i walked into the room it smelled great and fresh. Breakfast was typical with what you would need. We will be staying here again when we visit the area again!

I recently stayed at another Holiday Inn Express property in Columbus OH. So i jumped at the opportunity to stay at another because my last experience was amazing. However i quickly learned that not all are equal. I arrived at the property a little before check-in when i arrived there was not one employee in sight. There was a gentleman who was waiting a head of me. He waited for a while before walking outside and waiting a little longer before getting upset and leaving. I then began to call out for help and look around to see if i could find an employee. After waiting over 20 mins 2 employees came walking in from a smoke break. I later learned that 2 employees going on a smoke break together and leaing the front desk unattended was a thing at this hotel. The room was just ok. It was a little dirty i could tell the floor in the bathroom had not been cleaned and there was what looked like a drop of blood on the pillow case. This hotel is NOTHING like the one in Columbus and to think this location had better reviews than the other Holiday inn express in the area. I will not be back. The breakfast in the morning is ok. They do a god job with cleaning that area. I didnt use the pool or the outside are ..

We stayed here for our cedar point trip on Labor Day weekend. It was a great experience. The staff was extremely professional, courteous and friendly. The evening shift lady who checked us in was very nice, professional and hardworking. The suites we stayed in was spacious and modern. Rooms are well insulated & quiet. kids enjoyed the pool a lot. The outdoor fireplace was amazing. There is always fresh coffee available in the lobby and dining area. The free continental buffet breakfast was great with a lot of variety. The customer service is awesome! The front desk staff are always in a great mood and willing to help out. Housekeeping is also phenomenal! We would definitely stay here again.

We stopped here to stay after visiting Cedar Point. It was an easy drive to the hotel after the park closed. Location was quiet. Not much around except car dealerships. Hotel was clean and comfortable. Breakfast options were the same as other Holiday Inn hotels. Savannah was a super nice front desk worker. We requested a rollaway and she brought it right up so we could get to sleep.
