The outlet caught fire out last night. First night light by night stand electrocuted me when I turned on the switch. Half of the outlets didn’t work at all and the other half that might have worked did hold a plug. When we asked to switch rooms they were booked and couldn’t our last night they finally had a room available. The room we moved too none of the outlet would hold a plug and the shower curtain had mold on it and the sheets had brown stains. We stayed a total of 3 nights. The staff was very kind. The pool was freezing and the pool room the same. Great location though.

Things we mentioned to the desk 2 times were never fixed. A leaky faucet. Carpet down the hall is filthy and I had a kid knock on my door looking for wrong room. Muffins were frozen as was the butter.

The television was tiny and it only had 15 channels- two of which were weird conservative/religious channels. Beds were lumpy. Pool was freezing cold. Jacuzzi was too hot. Breakfast was virtually inedible apart from the waffles. I guess you get what you pay for.

Don’t leave your personal belongings laying out for housekeeping to use at their leisure. Like using a $100 bottle of Versace perfume. Parking lot sucked, multiple items in the room were broke, key cards didn’t work 50% of the time. Do not recommend this hotel.

Staff was very friendly upon arrival. But our hallway and room had a horrible smell. When we walked into the room is felt damp. It felt like it had moisture in the room. Even when it was cold it always felt humid. Where they served breakfast was so hot and humid and had very limited options so we didn't stay for breakfast on either day. I feel likethe outside looks decent and so does the lobby but the rooms are mess. Outdated and just feel not clean. Break
