Room was extremely dusty and I don't believe it was cleaned prior to guests staying in it. The dining staff were great, the cook in the kitchen was slow which in turn led to slower service. Food came to table cold. But was handled very well. The staff were all pleasant. It wasn't a horrible place to stay just need some improvements.

I suggest a night light in the bathroom as it is very dark at night and difficult to see anything without turning on a light and waking others in the room.

The carpet was wrinkled and the noise level was crazy all night. The shower curtain wouldn’t stay closed so there was water on the floor. It did its job, but nothing to write home about.

Hubs and I stayed here for a little mini anniversary vacay. The room was clean, neat and tidy. The front desk ladies were very helpful, and handled a small issue professionally. The buffet breakfast was warm, filling and delicious.

Great location close to a beautiful park with miles of walking/running/hiking trails. Walkable to grocery, downtown shops and dinning. Breakfast is basic but good with nice clean dinning area. Staff was friendly. I would recommend replacing the carpet. Stayed on two different floors and both rooms had torn and warn out carpet. Other than that everything was nice for a reasonable price.

Side of the hotel was noisy. Our last stay was on the other side and more quiet. We are light sleepers. We love this hotel and will keep coming back. Just need to make sure on the quiet side

We had a lovely stay! The staff were exceptionally friendly. The included buffet breakfast was fantastic and the people staffing it (Liv and Anne) were fabulous. If they could replace the carpets in the room it would really do a lot to completely elevate the place; unfortunately they were the only thing notably in disrepair with stains and rips.
