"The front desk staff were friendly, attentive and knowledgeable. They gave us some great suggestions on how to move through city using the subway, they even gave us a cheat sheet for lines. Quincy Market and shopping are super close. The room was clean and spacious. Air conditioning worked perfectly. The water pressure in the shower was amazing! The towels were thick and big, they wrapped completely around my body. The hair dryer was perfect to blow dry my hair. I would highly recommend this hotel!"

"Upon checkin we were informed that the air conditioning what not working. It was an extremely warm weekend and were were uncomfortable with night with the window open since there was no screen. The breakfast items did not look fresh, so we decided to eat outside of the hotel. Our room shower was old and when I stepped in it felt like I might fall through the floor. "
