Would be full 5 stars but for attempt to extract more feed upon check in after paying in advance in Expedia. While they ultimately waived the added fees, it was a less than pleasant exchange when I checked in and they wanted to charge me a three night facility fee. When I explained that my reservation through Expedia was already paid for, they said it didn’t include the facility fees. I explained that my prepaid agreement with Expedia included all taxes AND fees but they disagreed. Either way, Expedia and Collonade need to get on the same page with the fees. Overall, Aidan, Juan, and Alexander took care of this issue. The room was nice, clean, and the gym was excellent.

Lobby and outside is tired. The room I had was updated but the fixtures in the bathroom were loose. Overall, the experience was better than I expected. I've stayed in the Sheraton and while a new property the staff doesn't compare to those at The Colonnade. Great location in the Back Bay.

The hotel is great . Nice spacious room ,friendly staff , and great food at the restaurant . The only thing that keeps me from giving an excellent rating across the board is the +$30 daily fee that is tacked on when you check out . This is not the only hotel that does this but I wish it was just included in the price paid when booking .

The rooms are spacious and comfortable. Room location is very important, as some have direct views into others, so I recommend asking for one with more privacy. The staff is very friendly and the service is excellent.
