The hotel is gorgeous. If you’re looking for a quite relaxing vacation this hotel is a good pick. They have beautiful rooms with well equipped kitchens. The infinity pool is very nice. There’s not much else to do the hotel lacks activities. Not a lot of restaurant options within the hotel. And what is available the food wasn’t great, and expensive. Be aware of the time share “free breakfast” from luxury living. That’s a total scam and should not be permitted on the hotel premises. They lure you to sign up and later try to sell you a $28,000 package. That was a big turn off to return to this hotel .

Disliked: Cleanliness
I Had a Horrible experience at This hotel Mostly because of The supervisor Name Claudette or Claudine upon check in i wasn’t informed that there will be a incidental fee a night for my stay because their listing on Exspedia doesn’t show all cost that will be charged however that was a issue for me as i explained to her she made sarcastic faces at my responses she then told me she couldn’t check me in which made me upset because i was on a solo grief trip of my fiancé i then was in tears crying in the lobby frustrated because of her arrogant attitude i then contacted exspedia they confirmed it was the hotels lack the manager yandy then came out who was very polite understanding and fixed the issue then upon checking out ms Claudette was present i got into my car service then Claudette came running out of the hotel asking the driver to ask me to come back into the hotel to clear up my car service payment which was very weird because the website even states you will be charged at a later date but she assumed i didn’t have money because i didn’t have a card to give her so she treated me that way even my car service driver said she was very unprofessional and she was not supposed to do that it has never happened before but because i just wanted to leave i payed and left even more upset than coming she was very condescending, sarcastic no apathy for a human being she doesn’t deserve the position she has i was on a grief trip for my fiance who has been gone 2 years
Amazing location right on a beautiful white sand beach. The pool was great and we loved our oceanfront balcony. It was so peaceful and relaxing compared to the other resorts in the area. The entire staff was so friendly and accommodating to all of our needs. We will definitely be back
Loved the secludiveness of this property. Although it's an all adult there still happened to be babies, kids and young teens. Nothing to overwhelming BUT they should have another pool for the kids or for JUST ADULTS.
The place did have a smell to it but your in a different country so nothing is really going to be A1.
They do try to sell you a luxury Vacation (like a Timeshare but it's nowhere near) tip: lest questions and interest you'll be out in 30-90 min! But can take ALL DAY!! Ask for accommodations if presentation takes longer and into your vacation time.
Overall it was a nice property!
We stayed in a suite that included a living area. Only pro was the suite was very spacious and kitchenette was well equipped. However, we had significant ants on the couches in the living area. There were dead insects all around the room as well. The cleaning staff only surface-cleaned the room daily. Also, this hotel is not family-friendly at all. Breakfast opens at 8 am and nothing is open for you to even get a coffee or milk for the children. Food options are extremely limited and we are vegetarian so food was scarce. We survived through food delivery via local app called Kraven.
Pool area was well maintained and pool staff were pleasant.
Great place, good food and superb attention. 100% recommended.
Beach needs a cleanup, too much seaweed on the sand when you get in the water feels sketchy on the feet.
Loved that this property is smaller and quieter. The views from the resort are amazing. Its super clean as well. Traveled here with a toddler and enjoyed our stay. If you’re looking for a resort with activities though, this will not be it. This is more of a relaxing, get-away feel and its what I loved most about it!
The beachfront view from the rooms was absolutely stunning. The pool and beach areas had plenty of seating and remained quiet and relaxing throughout our stay. I took a morning yoga class with a beach view, which was a fantastic experience and well worth it.
There were plenty of activities available if you’re feeling adventurous—kayaking, snorkeling, paddleboarding, volleyball, and more. All of the staff were incredibly friendly and accommodating, which made our stay even more enjoyable.
We chose to dine mostly off the property to explore Bahamian culture, so I can’t speak much about the on-site food. One thing I would do differently next time is rent my own car. The upscale taxi service was excellent—professional and reliable—but a bit on the pricey side.
Everything was great. Rooms are massive. Only complaint is the extreme cost of food and water in the hotel. A bottle of water in the resort’s restaurants was $12 for example.
My wife and I stayed here for 5 days and spent $1,200 on food, eating 2 times a day on average.
There is a 15% gratuity and 10% tax on every meal. The 15% gratuity goes to all the workers throughout the restaurant and the waiter still expects their tip. We went to a couple different resorts to visit and every restaurant was this way. All in all, resort is perfect and the best room I have stayed in. Be prepared to spend an obnoxious amount of money on overpriced food in Nassau.
