The room was very clean and nice. Loved the balcony. Kitchen had enough dishes for 2 people. The grounds looked like they had been damaged by a storm so there were no dining facilities available. It is located on a nice beach with a couple chairs tor guest use. The resort was nicer than I expected based on reviews I had read. We will come again.

The location is awesome. Beach is pretty private. When we stayed, the outdoor bar was not open. The restaurant was also closed. We had rented a car, so getting our own food was easy. Kitchen was furnished with all we needed except a toaster. Restaurants were a few miles away, so cooking our own food...at least breakfast was necessary. The property is beautiful and currently being renovated. Vanessa is an awesome host and was always available for our needs. If you are looking for a quiet get away without all the frills and fuss this is the only place to be in Nassau. We will definitely be going back. We almost had the entire property to ourselves. Thanks for a wonderful vacation, Vanessa!

Looks abandoned, no tiki bar or restaurant as adverised place is run down . Some structures falling apart. rooms are really outdated. Furniture inside the room is worn looks really old. I ended up paying a hundred dollars to switch my flight to the same day and then not stay spend the night.
