The host and the property were great. The property was clean, the check in was easy. It is conveniently located and close to all the action. While you could walk to things, with the heat at the time and children we found it easier to drive and park closer to our activities for each day.

Wonderful location for exploring all of Nashville! Free covered parking, pleasant walk to downtown along the riverfront, or an inexpensive ride share. Host is very responsive, excellent communication, property is well maintained & stocked, deck has a nice view of the Cumberland river & city skyline. Great place to plan your day with morning coffee, and come back to after exploring & unwind. Many good suggestions in the guest book, you can easily plan several days worth of activities.
