Property was fine, the best part was the convenience of the area. The staff was absolutely terrible. Very rude front desk from check in to during the day to at night. We were even swore at by an employee. Every person we encountered was extremely unpleasant. Our bartender in the main floor bar was nice, however the upstairs at the pool bar everyone seemed to be inconvenienced and annoyed when you went up to order. The pool was also very cloudy and gross. Tried calling after our stay to get my receipt as it was never emailed like they said they would and I wanted to see what my extra charges were and when I did finally get ahold of someone they were just as rude as the front desk. Still waiting for a call back from a supervisor which I’m sure won’t happen. If you are looking for a friendly atmosphere and a place you want to know what your money is going towards this is not the place.

Great hotel not very responsive

Staff very friendly, rooms very clean we had a great time. Unfortunately we like to watch sports and our tv was not working. We reported it 3 times to the front desk staff who each time assured us it would be fixed. When we checked out it still was not working. We tried to report it by phone but as im sure you are aware the phone system was down all weekend.

The rooms were great. Pool was full of kids from a sports tournament. Pool also was very cloudy and didn’t feel clean. Staff was not friendly at all. Not impressed that room service was extremely difficult and front desk couldn’t even locate a spoon for us. The free margarita was about the worst I’ve ever had. So sweet.
