When our room was clean it was obvious we needed wash cloths but there were none left in our room. Then we requested wash cloths the next day when we got in and it took 3 hrs for them to be brought up to room. We found them the next morning laying outside of our door. This just seems this would be 101 in taking care of your customers.

The hotel was ok but I paid about $800 for one night. $550 for the room. $25 destination fee, $150 to check in early and paid $100 security deposit when I checked in. I thought I would got it back but instead the day after they took $200 out of my account which was the check in early. Money for everything, So not worth it!
