This house works like two trips in one, a laid-back family stay by day and a private party space by night. With 4 bedrooms and 14 beds, multi-family reunions, work retreats, and reunion weekends all fit without anyone splitting a pull-out couch or a shared mattress. Bedroom 3 holds two queen beds under themed decor and artwork, good for two couples or a parent and older kids.
Bedroom 1 pairs a king bed with a futon and includes its own vanity and makeup mirror for getting ready before a night out. Bedroom 4 has a king bed, a trundle, and a chair that folds out to a single bed for extra sleepers, while Bedroom 2 is where the kids or the overflow crew land, with two full over full bunk beds plus a twin trundle so nobody argues over who gets a real mattress.
Downstairs, the Speakeasy Lounge holds a working bar, a pool table, a karaoke mic, and an arcade machine tucked behind a brick wall, and the Outdoor Lounge gives the group a spot to unwind outside once the games wind down.
