The snow needed to be cleaned so it easier to get to the rooms... there also needs to be sand and salted as we got back to the room after dark and there is not the beat lights. The the room also could use some mattresses that didnt stick 6" off the side over the box springs

We came during a blizzard and rented 2 rooms, so I am trying not to be so hard. We all just needed a hot shower and the one in my daughter’s room didn’t. They were just really run down.

The room was clean enough. The check in staff was nice. The only issues were, the settings on the whirlpool were missing, there was a constant stench of cigarette smoke. Other than that it was okay.

The current cleanliness of the room is unsatisfactory and does not align with the visual representations provided. While the exterior of the property was acceptable and the staff was exceptionally friendly and knowledgeable, I was significantly disappointed. Furthermore, I had reserved a balcony room, which was not provided.I would not recommend

The room smelled terrible the toilet was dirty there was garbage in the room the "whirlpool hot tub" advertised was only a shower with jets that didnt work the shower head didnt work the sheets were dirty the noise from other rooms was so clear and disturbing we paid $287 only to stay there for in total 2 hours .. im currently in the process of trying to get my money back
