The cleanliness was satisfactory. Cleaning crew did not remove used coffee cups or replace coffee, coffee cups, etc. Curtains didn’t stay up. Nowhere to set up suitcases. Shower knob was stuck, so were delayed in taking a shower. We asked for maintenance but they never came. The bed was hard and the comforter was too small. It didn’t cover both of us. We wanted cold soda from the bar with ice, several nights in a row. The bartender gave us 3 ice cubes per glass. Each time when we asked for more, he said he didn’t have any ice (for us), he needed the ice for cocktails. This was rude. He obviously did not understand that we were paying $300-$360, per night ( not good customer service).

The property is under 10 minutes from a train station Berg am laim from where you can get to Marienplatz right in the old town in about 10 minutes so ok location. There is also an underground train station near about 12/15 minutes walk away where you can also get to the main central station. The actual hotel itself is ok. The breakfast is basic with poor coffee and cheap cereals and some hot english type food i.e egg and bacon. There is a basic bar which doesn't serve cocktails or anything like prosecco but you can get a beer. The food at the bar is just pizza or pasta. The rooms are ok. Our bathroom had a bad smell so wasn't pleasant, I think it was coming from the drain in the shower so should really have been fixed room 330. If you want a basic hotel which isn't too expensive then this is ok. Personally I wouldn't recommend or return.
