Disliked: Cleanliness, check-in, communication, location, listing accuracy
Could not get in front gate. Apartment was not as advertised. Bugs inside, toilet did not flush, a/c did not work, wires all around which seemed unneeded, duct tape over key in door on inside so could not lock the door while inside the apartment. Safety concerns. Upon checking in contacted host about issues, no offers to resolve any issues. Felt so unsafe that we left the apartment within an hour of arrival. Trying to work with host and holidu to receive refund as didn’t stay at all and communication has been nonexistent since initial complaint made. Very disappointed. Would not book again with this host, this property or holidu.

Die Wohnung ist schön hell und lichturchflutet. Die Sauberkeit war in Ordnung. Die Küche war voll funktions- fähig, leider gibt es an der Spüle kein Warmwasser zum Abwaschen. Der Sanitärbereich war soweit i.O., nur die Toilettenbrillen waren beide lose. Im kleinen WC läuft am Handwaschbecken das Wasser nicht ab. Der Fernseher funktionierte nicht (kein Signal) Der Eigentümer war unter der angegebenen Telefonnummer nicht zu erreichen, anderes Personal war nicht anzutreffen. Freundl. Grüße von Jurek
