Clean rooms and is very central. We visited the Christmas markets and they were all very walkable from the hotel. The train and tram stations are also close by.

Convenient location next to lots of public transportation. The down side is that you hear and feel the trams going by... often. Its not too bad but you should be aware if you are a light sleeper.

Overall, the staff were courteous and professional. The main issue was with room cleaning. It took two days for our room to be cleaned and for towels to be replaced. We raised this several times with reception and were assured it would be taken care of, but this did not happen on the first day and only on the second day after repeated follow-ups. We were told this was due to a third-party cleaning contractor. To be fair, the reception staff made genuine efforts to help and shared in the frustration caused by the lack of response from the cleaning service. Additionally, the air conditioning seemed to have a life of its own and would not go above 19°C. Given that we were staying in winter, this made the room uncomfortable.

Very well positioned in Munich for transport, tourist attractions, shopping and restaurants. I would definitely stay there again. The staff are very courteous and helpful. Our room was clean and comfortable.

Great staff. Clean, modern room. Hand & body/shampoo are the main amenities. Breakfast was 17 Euros per person & worth every penny. Lots of variety, everything was delicious. Parking was eady right next to the building but you pay extra for it. You are in the city centet so you need to use the garage. Beds were very comfortable.

Location was great and the staff was nice. The room was falling apart a little. The air conditioning didn’t work and it was 30 Celsius degrees in the room the whole time. Also buy water and snacks at the supermarket next door, not the cafe at the hotel.

The location is perfect for trains and subways. The staff were very helpful with directions when needed Breakfast was lovely and plentiful. Typical Premier inn beds....so comfortable. The only thing I could say negatively is that the rooms are starting to look a bit tired decoration wise. Other than that it was a 5☆ stay
