Staff was very friendly and helpful. I speak German but could also pretty easily communicate in English with all staff too. Location was perfect for staying in München. Lots to do close to the hotel but also only a 5 min walk to the train to go anywhere outside the city as well.

I recently stayed for two nights and, while the staff were kind and the location convenient, I left feeling that the overall experience didn’t fully match the premium price. Some details in the room and service fell short of what I expected at this rate. Absolutely loved my stay at this hotel in Munich! The staff at the reception were incredibly warm, welcoming, and always ready to help with a smile. The rooms were spotless, beautifully designed, and very comfortable after a long day of exploring the city. The location is perfect — right in the center of Munich and just a short walk from the central train station, which made everything super convenient. The free coffee, tea, and light snacks were such a thoughtful touch and made the experience even more enjoyable!
